Brief Description 

  • This project involves redeveloping part of Camberwell South Primary School site to build a new Performing Arts building. Project funding came as part of the government’s Non-Template Building the Education Revolution (BER) program.



Competencies Demonstrated
  • Integrated schematic design, design development process. 
  • Liason with school & DEECD. 
  • Work with quantity surveyor to manage project budget & contingency sum through design process to tendering. 
  • Contract documentation & coordination with specialist consultants. 
  • Prepare technical specification & schedules. 
  • Administer tender process, address tender queries, prepare tender report & recommendation. 
  • Prepare building contract. 
  • Manage contract administration process. 
  • Assess, manage and negotiate contractor’s progress claims, variations, weather delays and extension of time. 
  • Coordinate with specialist consultants in attending to contractor’s site query and RFIs. 
  • Monitor contingency sum and projected date for practical completion throughout construction.

Brief Description


  • As part of Heidelberg Schools Regeneration Project, the redevelopment project of La Trobe Secondary College involved the consolidation of primary and secondary schools from West Heidelberg. The project involved designing a P-12 school with the capacity of 1800 students while incorporating government proposed Specialist Math Science Centre.


Competencies Demonstrated




  • Work with project architect in assessing project brief & budget, area entitlement and establishing site opportunities & limitations. 
  • Overall Masterplan concept, spatial strategy diagram. 
  • Produce rendered drawings, sketchup images and animation for presentation to client & public. 
  • Schematic design and design development of Masterplan and new buildings. 
  • Scope of design works includes renovate and extend an existing library building. 
  • Coordinate with structural & civil engineer, services engineer, ESD consultants, interior and landscape architects during design process. 
  • Work with quantity surveyor during design process to ensure design proposal and cost plan at different stages are within DEECD committed funding. 
  • Producing & assemble complete set of Contract Documents, including specifications, schedules (including consultants’ documentation) 
  • Observe project architect Helen in administering tender process.

Brief Description

  • A luxury holiday house sitting in farming land on top of a small hill overlooking Shoreham township and distant Western Port Bay. The building presents itself as two elegant, restrained form that sits lightly on this green lush landscape.

  • Produce complete package of town planning application.
  • Produce high quality rendered drawings and 3D renderings for presentation.
